NET.HUMAN – The New Standard of Inclusivity.
People today aren’t looking for perfection anymore.
They are looking for truth. To feel. To relate. To see themselves.
And that’s where we come in.
NET.HUMAN is a talent agency for creators with disabilities and a powerhouse for groundbreaking social productions.
We aren't just building an agency. We are engineering a new reality—one where the screen reflects life itself.
Our Vision – The New Standard
20% representation of people with disabilities in every cast and production – mirroring their actual share of the population.
.Not a social gesture. An industry standard
Positioning people with disabilities exactly where they belong: contributing to society and the economy. Creating. Influencing. At the center, never on the sidelines.
Because when representation is real, the impact changes reality.
But in practice, we are an ecosystem. A platform connecting talent, content, and brands to drive disruptive innovation and deliver real human and economic value.

But above all – a mother.
The journey to NET.HUMAN didn’t start with a business strategy.
It started with life itself.
My son, Adi Chen, is a model and a non-verbal autistic individual.
Through him, a simple truth became crystal clear—one that the world has yet to internalize: you don’t need a voice to be heard. You need a stage. And when there isn't one, you build it.
From this deeply personal place, NET.HUMAN was born. Driven by the realization that the lack of representation for people with disabilities isn't just a social gap—it’s a massive loss of human, creative, and economic potential.
The agency's name, NET.HUMAN (Net Human / Just Human), embodies our core agenda: a person is a human being first, way before any disability they live with.

We know how to take a core value and transform it into content that works—emotionally, commercially, and economically
We don’t just create content. We shift perceptions and dismantle stereotypes.
Because everything changes the moment decision-makers unlock the true potential
Let’s open doors, create sustainable livelihoods for people with disabilities, and build the new standard of inclusivity.

NO FILTERS (Documentary Film)
“NO FILTERS” – It’s a film about resilience, breaking boundaries, and stepping into a world that wasn’t designed for you – through the journey of Adi Chen, on the autism spectrum and nonverbal, who speaks through being a role model.
Together with his mother, Reda Chen, this is a story that doesn’t ask for compassion – it compels you to redefine what determination, presence, and success truly mean.
